How do I get my downloads?

First, you'll need to create an account.

After your account is created and activated, you will be able to place your order.  

During the checkout process and after your order is completed, this page will display in your shopping cart:

From there, you can download your files.

 

In addition to downloading the files directly from the cart, you will also be sent a confirmation email notifying you that your downloads are ready.  That email will look like this:

Note that in that email, there is a link you can click on which will take you to your download page. That page will look like this:

Click the download now button and your files will automatically download.

You will have five attempts to download your files.
